The staff were incredibly helpful especially when we got lost on our way to a coffee farm. The pool area offered a relaxing escape that we enjoyed thoroughly. The views from the restaurant were absolutely stunning every morning, especially during breakfast, with a breathtaking mountain view that made our meals feel special.

I loved the hotel’s proximity to Jardin Exotico Kamala, which was just a short walk away, and the beautiful views were absolutely memorable during my stay.

The culinary experience here is top-tier! Dining in a private pergola while relishing dishes like the Tallarin Saltado made me feel like royalty. Add to that the stunning views from the restaurant and the superbly friendly staff, and it was a treat. Plus, the pools and spa facilities looked inviting, with folks looking blissed out after their treatments!

While the breakfast was decent, it didn’t quite match up with other high-end hotels I’ve visited. Also, the spa experience felt rushed—after a massage, moving on quickly isn’t exactly what I look for in relaxation. Overall, it's lovely, but maybe not quite 5-star quality for the price.

The PEACEFUL atmosphere and SPECTACULAR VIEWS made our stay unforgettable. The staff were amazing, especially the friendly dog, Miele! Just a heads up, there were a few mosquitoes in our room. Overall, an awesome getaway! 🌄
